Life Skills Group | Ages 14-17 | Fall 2021
The Life Skills Group is a safe, confidential place for adolescents (age 14 to 17) to develop adaptive life skills that are needed to increase independence. This group is designed to build understanding and skill related to effective involvement in the community.
Topics include:
- Practical social skills
- Health and safety
- Job readiness skills for first time employment
- Housing and transportation
- Money management
- College and career planning
Sessions meet on Wednesdays from 3:00pm to 4:30pm beginning on September 15 and ending November 17.
