Deployment and Transition

Objectives for this two-hour presentation include:

Discuss how Military deployments and transitions affect the service members and the rest of the family, particularly children.
Provide overview of evidence-based care in individual treatment, family treatment, and parental consultation.
Conduct a collaborative dialogue of self-care for service providers to avoid compassion fatigue and burn-out.
