Difficult Behaviors

Dana Tiller, LPC, focuses on difficult behaviors such as temper tantrums, aggression, defiance, and hyperactivity, that can become highly problematic for parents due to their intensity and frequency.

In this brief video, Dana emphasizes the importance of:

  • determining what a child is struggling with and how it influences their behavior,
  • watching for signs of depression and recognizing the different symptoms between boys and girls,
  • environmental, biological and relationship factors that impact a child’s behavior, and
  • improving the parent-child relationship by changing your reactions and improving communication.
