heroes come in all shapes and sizes

I think a hero is an ordinary individual who finds strength to persevere and endure in spite of overwhelming obstacles.

Christopher Reeve
aka Superman 1978-1987

Ricky, 5

was kicked out of another preschool. He is prone to outbursts of fighting.

Yet Ricky perseveres. He is a hero.

Jonni, 9

loves art. However she stopped drawing lately. She finds herself crying, sleeping or scrolling online.

Yet Jonni perseveres. She is a hero.

Josh, 14

was diagnosed with bipolar and ODD. He is very smart, but his grades are poor and he doesn’t have friends.

Yet Josh perseveres. He is a hero.
