Rosette K. Lee, M.A., MFT
Rosette Lee is in her final year of a Psy.D. doctoral program through Pepperdine University in Los Angeles, and is currently completing her pre-doctoral internship at Clarity CGC through University of Texas Health Sciences Center, San Antonio. Rosette was licensed as an MFT in 2013 prior to returning to school for a doctoral degree. Her specializations and training have largely focused on infant and early childhood mental health, trauma, attachment, foster care, and community mental health. She also has experience with chronic medical illness, and a passion for utilization of her skills overseas; she spent two summers at an orphanage and school in Nigeria, providing mental health trainings to elementary school teachers and orphanage staff. Rosette’s dissertation focuses on utilization of arts-based interventions with survivors of commercial sexual exploitation. In the future, Rosette hopes to continue working with young children and eventually dive into public policy. In her spare time, she enjoys baking, playing piano, cuddling with her dog, and scoping out new places to eat and enjoy coffee.
