Dr. Megan Lawson is currently completing her postdoctoral fellowship at Clarity Child Guidance Center. She provides outpatient individual and family psychotherapy to children and adolescents, and psychological assessments on an inpatient and outpatient basis. Dr. Lawson completed her doctorate in clinical psychology at Pepperdine University and her undergraduate degree at the University of Texas in Austin. She completed her internship at Bexar County Juvenile Probation Department. Her previous clinical training include exposure to neuropsychological evaluation of children with cancer, blood diseases, and complex medical histories; forensic and clinical evaluations of youth in the juvenile court system; and treatment and evaluations of children with autism spectrum disorder. Her clinical interests include diagnosis and treatment of autism spectrum disorder, psychological assessment, attachment, and youth gang desistance. Dr. Lawson is a member of Division 7, 40, and 53 of the American Psychological Association, the Texas Psychological Association, the Bexar County Psychological Association, and the International Society for Autism and Research.
