Poul joined Clarity in 2005 as an Inpatient Therapist and in 2013 became the Assistant Director of Inpatient programs. Poul has been serving as the Director of Outpatient Services since 2022.

He obtained his Master’s degree in Clinical and Counseling Psychology at Southern Methodist University in Dallas. Poul is a Danish native and also has an equivocated Graduate degree in In Psychology from the State University in Denmark.

Poul enjoys working on staff development and supporting clinicians. Interests also include hospital workflow improvements, organizational psychology, optimization strategies as well as working directly with patients in therapy.
