Blakely Fernandez focuses her practice on transactional law, public law, economic development, and project finance. She has served as developer’s counsel, corporate counsel, bond counsel, underwriters’ counsel, and special disclosure counsel in a variety of public and private financings. In addition, Blakely is experienced in traditional bond financings and corporate financings and acts as general counsel to public and private entities. She has represented clients, both public and private, in the public procurement process, environmental regulation, Public Information Act determinations, economic development agreements, and public private partnerships. Her clients have also called upon her to draft legislation on their behalf.
