Dr. Hough, President of Southwest Psychiatric Physicians and Assistant Medical Director of Clarity Child Guidance Center offers children, adolescent, and adult outpatient psychiatric services and inpatient children and adolescent psychiatric services. Dr. Hough also serves as Adjunct Clinical Faculty at UT Health San Antonio and a Preceptor for UT Health San Antonio Nurse Practitioner program. 

Dr. Hough earned his Doctor of Medicine and Bachelor’s Degree in Microbiology from Texas Tech University. He completed his general psychiatric residency and Child and Adolescent Fellowship program at UT Health San Antonio. 

Dr. Hough enjoys spending time with his wife and family playing trivia games, trying new restaurants, and watching his favorite team the Dallas Stars. Dr. Hough also has two dogs he enjoys going on walks with.
