Don’t let financial concerns keep your patients from seeking help

As a nonprofit organization and a United Way Agency, a major goal of Clarity Child Guidance Center is to ensure that children, who come to us in need, get help. We accept commercial insurances, CHIP, TRICARE, Medicaid, and also have many alternative methods to fund a child’s treatment. Our financial representatives will work with you to find a way to get the help you need. Below we have listed the insurances we currently accept.

What should your patients bring on their first visit

Your patients need to bring their insurance card. Also, they should check their plan to verify our participation and to confirm referral and co-pay requirements. If they are a member of an HMO or PPO requiring a referral, they will need either the referral letter sent to us in advance of their visit, or bring a copy with them to their appointment. We cannot see them without this letter.

Payment for services

We will verify their insurance benefits, obtain any pre-certification necessary, and file their insurance claims. They will be required to make payment on any co-pay, deductible, or non-covered service at the time of their visit. We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
