Children’s mental healthcare is essential! As such, Clarity Child Guidance Center is dedicated to remaining open throughout the COVID-19 crisis. Clarity’s inpatient and outpatient programs include a range of services — from crisis stabilization, to psychiatric evaluations, to ongoing therapy.

Children’s Mental Healthcare Is Essential
Clarity Child Guidance Center is the ONLY nonprofit mental health treatment facility specializing in kids ages 3-17 in South Texas.
Crisis Services remains open 24/7 and accepts walk-ins. The Acute Care/Inpatient Hospital, Partial Hospital Program and Outpatient Services are also open with some extra precautions.
We accept Medicaid, CHIP, Tricare and most commercial insurance, and offer sliding scale and charitable care based on need.
