Clarity Child Guidance Center complies with applicable Federal civil rights laws as well as the American with Disabilities Act.  We commit ourselves to providing care that is responsive to the needs of the handicapped or sensory impaired patient/family and do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability, or sex.  Clarity Child Guidance Center does not exclude people or treat them differently because of race, color, national origin, age, disability or sex.

Clarity Child Guidance Center:

  • Provides free aids and services to people with disabilities to communicate effectively with us, such as:
    • Qualified sign language interpreters
    • Written information in other formats (large print, audio, accessible electronic formats, other formats)
  • Provides free language services to people whose primary language is not English, such as:
    • Qualified interpreters
    • Information written in other languages

Additionally, the hospital has a Deaf and Hard of Hearing Services Coordinator on staff during regular business hours as well as employs the services of outside agencies to provide telephonic, in-person and video remote interpreters.
